It all depends on the scenario keep in mind the firearms trainer has 30+ years with long beach police and 14 of those years in swat. He's had many cases like this and has testified to help cops/security who found themselves in situations like this.

      with what attitude?

Don't say execution style if you don't know what it means.

Execution-style murder and execution-style killing are news media buzzwords applied to various acts of criminal murder where the perpetrator kills at close range a conscious victim who is under the complete physical control of the assailant and who has been left with no course of resistance or escape.

You really linked the wikipedia did you? You know anybody can edit that article right?

I was just trying to get rid of bad thought processes. By helping Longbeach out. If somone is being raped and the suspect in question has failed to respond to your commands and has a weapon in his hand then fine its justified... Just prepare yourself for alot of questions that you could face in court thats all.

They are going to ask you every question in the book. Why didnt you resort to a means of less leathel force? Tazer, baton,Chemical etc.

These are the exact scenarios we went over, for example a man stabbing someone while pinning them on the ground and after commands to the suspect to stop and he continues to raise the knife attempting to stab again, then yes you can shoot. As for less lethal force sometimes you just have to skip the oc and get out the baton, going step by step increases your risk of getting injured or killed.

User-editing doesn't mean every piece of information on Wikipedia is automatically false.

The Wiki fits the definition I've seen in every single case where it was alleged.
