Which ear plugs?

Use plugs and muffs. You will have hearing loss with plugs only because of the transmitted vibration/noise thru the mastoid bone behind ear. trust me I have had tinnitus for 42 years

I found these on the internet; real fancy. But when I got them in the mail, they made a mistake and sent me extra, extra large - like for the Jolly Green Giant or Paul Bunyan or something.

Buyer beware when it comes to internet purchases.

I have to be honest here...those just look like butt plugs...
