It's always been that way for featureless. But if bullet buttons are not OK,shouldn't we take it off?

No! Bullet Buttons are absolutely still ok! They keep your rifle legal and compliant during 2017 IF and Only IF you owned it prior to 12/31/16 in that configuration. DO NOT just remove it. You must make it a compliant featureless rifle before you do that.

So would the same apply to building an AR Pistol from 80%??? I mean using an ARMaglock device to comply??
