I got some Magtech from Brazil, 62 grain lead. That stuff is cleaner shooting than Wolf. 30 cpr. It has shiney brass like PMC. It's slightly more accurate than Federal XM193. It spins pretty good in a 1/8 barrel. Got it from SGAmmo but it quickly sold out.

Edit: It's back in stock, 30 cpr, 62 grain, all brass/lead. This is my favorite low cost plinking 5.56.

When it fouls your chamber to the point of getting fte's, then yes it does.

If you only shoot 50-100 rounds, then not really.

If you start getting into the 300+ round counts without cleaning then your wolf-fed gun is much more likely to stop working due to fouling until a through cleaning.

A 50% reduction in crud/shot means a 100% increase in time between required cleanings.

If you shoot often enough, you will get tired of scrubbing nasty stuff out of your gun and start looking for clean burning ammo. Makes a great deal of difference.
