I shop there from time to time. I got a part that was not correct. I emailed them, got an electronic shipping label, and sent it back. It was easy for me.

They gave me a free return shipping label, but it looks like they are charging me for them to ship the replacement part back to me. It was a crap part that didn't fit, yet they are charging me to send a replacement part back to me. You can see the bad fitment in the pictures I posted. Looks like a factory reject from Mossberg. I still need to order a 7 5/8 slide action tube and nut from them. I wish Midway USA or Brownells sold those parts. All this trouble just to have wooden furniture on my Maverick 88.

Got my replacement stock today. This one fits much better than the first. It even included a sling swivel installed. But it still isn't a perfect fit, not in the way the synthetic stock fits against the receiver, which is like a glove. I guess the wood stocks are like that? No point in sending this one back as I feel any wood stock they have won't fit perfect. I can live with this stock. If it starts to bother me too much I guess I can shave it down some to make it fit like it should.

Is the stock a factory or replacement part?
Not sure this is a Numrich problem/fault. Many after market and some factory parts don't fit properly.
Did you question them about the poor fitment and shipping charges?

According to the Numrich website it is a factory wood stock from
Mossberg. As far as the shipping charge goes they charged me a shipping fee because I exchanged the stock for a different model stock.

Got my replacement forend today. Much better condition than the last one they sent to me. Still, I don't know about this thing. It looks way different from the last one they sent me. I think this is aftermarket, not factory. What do you guys with 500's think? Will this work? I can't test it out yet, my slide action tube and nut should be here next week.
