    Returning parts to Numrich

Has anyone here ever printed a return shipping label from Numrich? I can't believe i'm having so much trouble with this stupid thing. When trying to type in my zip code red letters pop up saying "zip code extension must be in the #### format" hell does that mean? I'm never ordering from Numrich again. Crap parts that don't even fit. Part is supposed to be new but its not.

Are you typing in the four-digit extension to the zip code? Like this: 92116-4011

I tried that, it isn't working. I'm going to call them in the morning.

Numrich is great. Where else can you find parts for 50-100 year old guns? It's not their fault you ordered the wrong thing.

Ask them to mail you a return label. They've always sent me one.

Numrich has about a bazillion parts in stock, And yes, they do on occasion send out the wrong part. Even when the right part was ordered.

I had to order the same firing pin for the same Ruger Single Six 3 times before I got the right one for a 1964 revolver. I supplied the yr of manuf, and serial number each time. Last time, I sent a detailed BP drawing with all dimensions clearly shown. That finally worked.

I ordered the right parts. Both parts that I got from them, ****ed up. Mossberg 500 12 gauge wood stock has a gap between the receiver and the stock. For some reason the stock won't fully seat against the receiver, also missing a screw for the butt plate. I suspect the cut out on the stock for the trigger assembly is not deep enough, if that makes any sense. Rat tail fore end is cracked and missing wood on both sides. Of course the pictures they show on the website look good.

Thank you for that. I'm going to ask them to do that tomorrow. Hopefully they send me better parts this time. I just want some decent wood parts for my shotgun.

Yes, call and ask them to email you the form. I had the same problem printing from their site.
Also, the customer service person can call the warehouse and ask them to verify that the part is what you want, while you wait on the line.
                  Good company.

Still trying to get through over there. Phone is always busy. They must have only one person taking calls there.

Shipped my stuff back today. Numrich customer service is really good. Hopefully they send me back some decent parts.

Does Numrich charge for return shipping? I'm talking about when they ship exchanged items back to you. I think they charged me for return shipping.

Yes they sure did charge me for return shipping. $8.50. Maybe they charged me that $8.50 because it's a different item they are sending me?

With the 1 experience I've had with them, they did not charge any fees to return a part, because they had originally shipped a wrong part. Their fault, they paid. I assume that if it was my fault, I would have had to pay.
