I'm kind of afraid to say this but... let's stress test this thing!
I doubt that defense will work if we get a pro 2A SCOTUS. The 2A does not only protect muskets and revolvers, it protects all firearms, and banning the sale of one entire class of weapons should be found unconstitutional.
I agree but we need to deal with the district courts first and we all know how that goes.
