NFA Trust Question

I'm getting a NFA trust set up and one of the questions asked is "What firearms do you want listed in trust? (Please provide make, model, and serial number)" I do not have the AOW yet so what do I put?

Form 4 is 12+ months and the CA DOJ is giving ATF bad info and delaying.

Form 1 is about 13-45 days.

Trust was only needed to bypass CLEO sign off. That's no longer required.

Form 4 is $5 transfer but expect to wait 18 months. Your class III dealer will also charge you transfer fee plus NFA fee usually

Form 1 is $200 tax stamp but you acquire firearm way faster.

I recently bought a factory pistol gripped 870, is that fine to use?

How do I go about getting Form 1 approval? Is it something I do or is something only an FFL can do?

The shotgun must be an other, meaning never have had a stock.

Fill out Form 1, mail it into ATF with check and sit back and wait. You do it yourself no FFL needed.

Just so I understand everything this is how it's done. Correct?

1. Fill out the Form 1 and mail it to the ATF along with my check.
2. Send my barrel and magazine tube to Safety Harbor for modifications.
3. Once I get my tax stamp and Form 1 back from the ATF, I then install the 7" barrel and mag tube.
4. Get the AOW engraved with my name, city, and state?

I just have a few more questions after looking at the Form 1.

4a."Name and Address of Original Manufacturer and/or

So this would be Remington and their address?

4b. "Type of Firearm to be made
AOW?

4d. "Model"
870? Or do I have to name it something else?

4h. "Additional Description (Include all numbers and other identifying data to include maker's name, city and state which will appear on the firearm) (use additional sheet if necessary)"
What goes here?

So I have to provide my local LEO agency and CLEO info and send them a copy of my Form 1?
