Hello,
I won and paid a handgun, Sig P226, at GunBroker.com. 5 Days later We discovers it is a off roster item and require PPT at FFL no shipping.
Seller and I both located in California but 450 miles away to each other. It is not worth it for the drive even half way to meet.
Seller is a private party not an FFL. The listing did not mention any terms about restocking fee. Now Seller decide to charge 20% fee on his own to cover his time lost. I offer to pay the GunBroker fee $30. However, seller send me a refund check and keep 20% on his own. Can seller charge whatever he want and blame on buyer fault????
Fact: It was a 3 days auction. I am the only one who bid.....not BuyNow.
The gun never ship.
Seller and I both thought this is eligible to ship to FFL for transfer when we email to each other at the end of the auction.
Seller lost 5 days.

Great condition as you can see from pictures. I bought this around 1994 and it might have around 800 rounds through it. Only shot maybe 3 times in the last 10 years! This is the desirable model made in W. Germany. The ones today are put together her in USA. Comes with 2 high cap magazines. You must know restrictions on these. FFL required
