    Israeli Draw for Condition 3

    Anyone ever practice it?

Tried it a couple of times. Only comfortable doing it with a Glock 17. Seen people do it on the range with all make & manner of guns. Just does not seem to be my thing.

I've done some practice with it. Or, at least an abbreviated version after seeing this video. Interesting watching the video the guy is using a Mic holster. Only holster I use. don't see them much.

Every once and a while I will use my super tuck (not sure why) and when I do I start regretting it in about 15 minutes. Back the drawer it goes....

only works when both hands are in working order, but i do see its merit.

It's significantly more complex motion than regular draw. To put it into perspective, people still argue whether manual safeties are "task overload" when drawing under stress and whether DA/SA is a good platform due to the different first shot trigger pull.

The real question about Israeli Draw is: "What problem does it solve?"

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.

Oh, please tell me that is a parody/troll video. The level of ridiculousness in it is epic.

I've tried it with my 686; it doesn't seem very efficient in terms of economy of motion.

                            Ya, seems like extra movements.

Interesting. I understand what they are trying to get at as it goes along with their thought process for fighting - major motor skills just like Krav Maga. Not that it is better but it may be better for personnel that can still work under stress.
