Im guessing they have to make a watered down Ca version for us poor saps.
The ingredients were not banned, BC's labeling was not consistent with Prop-65 and could not be imported.

Pretty sure the same was true for Hoppe's for a time.... for a few months last year I had a devil of a time finding the large size of their solvent.
Nobody had it in stock, slim stock on the smaller bottles but it appeared the shelves were being restocked with those sizes.

Are you sure it's not because of CARB California Air Resources Board? They restrict or require special california versions of lots of materials.

Ballistol had problems also, unsure what it was though. Got some from their site but Amazon was a no go.

One or more ingredients cause cancer and on a CA banned chemical list, due to that it may end up in run off or drinking supply water, you can always go across state lines and order and bring back.

I drive to Yuma, AZ to buy CA banned items. It's only 2 1/2 hours away.

Be careful you dont use these products over a well or reservoir where drinking water could get contaminated!

So is the company I order from just wrong? Anyone hear anything?

                        Damn this state sucks.
Who did you order it from ?

Just got off the phone with them. Great people to deal with.
Aerosol versions made in 2017 cannot be shipped to Ca. So he can ship those that are made last year but when they are out, its done.

Amazon, ebay, and many other distributers are backing out of selling to us.

Duracoat is based in Wisconsin, not California.

Got all my order covered, didn't have to use my license number to do it, but the new rules for California are going to be horrid.

Thank God I am outta here this year. So done with this crap hole state.
We are being laughed at by the gun industry in America.

Duracoat is a mile down the street from me, so that doesn't make sense.

Guy in Ohio says to me, why is it that an item that causes Cancer (think prop 65 warnings) doesn't hurt anyone in any other state. For heaven's sake, I have been to hotel rooms that are required to post prop 65 warnings. It's not even a product. Trump better get to work.
