5470. Registration of Assault Weapons Pursuant to Penal Code Section 30900(b)(1); Which
Weapons Must be Registered.
(b) A semiautomatic, centerfire firearm (rifle, pistol, shotgun) with an ammunition feeding
device that can be readily removed from the firearm with the use of a tool, commonly
referred to as a bullet-button weapon, that has one or more specified features identified in
Penal Code section 30515 is included in the category of firearms that must be registered.
Weapons Must be Registered.
