PSA interpeting CA law?

They refused to ship a stripped lower designed for Glock mags because "there is no bullet button device available for the dedicated 9mm lowers"
That was in early December last year, now it looks like they may not be shipping uppers as they've delayed shipping an assembled upper I ordered 2 weeks ago.
Anyone one else having trouble?

Maybe you don't know much about PSA, but there was a time after Sandy Hook when PSA took over a month to get products to your place.

I have two orders in with them right now.
I'll consider myself lucky if I see them by the end of next month.

This is the case, they finally shipped my rifle kit, but they still wont ship that sweet dedicated Glock 9mm lower. The only reason I posted was they took so long to ship and with the lower i ordered, they dont tell you their not going to ship lowers to CA, they just cancel it and wait for you to inquire I guess.
