You got 1000 rounds at a really good price.

If they all work, you got precisely what you paid for and I'd be happy.

If you wanted pretty packaging...maybe the cut-rate ammo wasn't the best choice?
No! I want it all and I want it now!

UPDATE: 887. After counting the ammo twice I have gotten 887 in total both times. More than 10% of the product I paid for is missing. That's not at all acceptable to me. This will definitely be the last time I order ammo from PSA.

Actually, I think that warrants a phone call. If sloppy packaging results in short shipments, that's certainly something they need to address.

they should have packed it so it doesnt move around, a couple of tosses on the ground is all it takes to make the boxes break open like that

economy ammo = economy packing / shipping

NOTING that I have not dealt with PSA for about 3, maybe 4 years, when I did they were very good about making things right in my case- they shorted me a few items when much like you, I ordered during a high-demand time period- and sent me out the missing bits in a hurry. I have heard- but not confirmed- that they have not been as accommodating to others with similar issues, but I believe that may have been partially due to the customers attitude and whatever wait time PSA had before they actually had whatever it was to make it right, but thats just my observation.

Call them up, tell them they made a mistake, and I am sure they will take care of it.

Mine arrived on the shoulder of a complaining UPS driver, it looked heavy.

It's not PSA, it's Ace Ventura, Pet Detective.

With missing rounds I would definitely call them & get the missing rounds! But complaining about packaging it a bit petty.......

So what did PSA say when you told them about the extra shipment?

I actually did call PSA. I was still slightly ticked off about crappy packaging and being shorted in the first shipment so I thought I'd let them know about it. They apologized and sent me out 200 additional rounds and a $50 PSA gift card. Needless to say they have made things right and kept my business. A real win-win all around. Thanks for the concern, guys!
