                Penalty for illegal possession is a citation or misdemeanor with no gun ownership ban penalty attached.

                Yeah, I'm sure a lot of us are going to follow that one.

                                        Got my 'clips' during my Senior trip to the 'Nam' back in 1969. My Uncle Sam said I could bring them home and keep them forever as war souvenirs. Now he wants them back, I'm terribly disappointed.

                                            There is no firearms prohibition penalty attached to illegal possession of a high capacity magazine, and it's a misdemeanor or citation.

                                            I doubt many will follow the new law.
