I think the OP's point was not that its illegal or anything, its that in Calif. owning 11 rounds of anything is considered a arsenal and the UPS guy might not know (or more likely not care) about the laws but would call the cops because this guy was building a dangerous arsenal of ammunition.

We all know that the anti's don't care about the laws and see us as terrorists and love to make our life miserable, I ASSUME that was the reason for the OP's post.

This one ^^^ I'm a Fed Ex ground driver and we absolutely don't care what you order. Right now we are so busy and overwhelmed that we are lucky if we get to pee in a cup. Your fine stop worrying! By the way I've been delivering TONS and I mean TONS OF AMMO to homes and offices..

Usually my UPS driver and I talk about about the guns we own. He also confirms what you report, tons and tons of ammo deliveries to California homes and businesses....

Say I been buying massive ammo, can the UPS driver rats me out to ATF, DOJ or local authorities because he thinks its too much?
Does UPS, Fedex, USPS or any deliver curriers have a non-disclousue policy when it comes to customer's delivered items??

Some UPS drivers are a lazy lot (only some).

They hate carrying your heavy ammo boxes every week.

Ratting would be an easy way for them to "lighten their load"
