To be fair OP where you rapid firing, dropping mags, repeat? If he had a bolt maybe he was trying to get a steady sight in? I can't see someone paying that much attention to another shooter unless something was drawing my attention or frustration. However if he was just trying to be a D and to point out what you may or may not have to be within guidelines then he should pound sand.

Nope, I was testing my build to make sure nothing would fall apart on me. Beside it was my buds first time and didn't want to startle him either.

What'd you expect at Oaktree?

I expected my buddy to have an awesome time, which he did. But the mistake was going on the weekend I guess.

It was me that complained to the RO, you seemed to be having too good of a time and you shouldn't be aloud to be happier then me. Next time shoot with a frowny face and complain more.

why does anyone think an RSO is some kind of firearms law enforcer???wtf? An RSO is only concerned about the saftey of everyone (range SAFTEY officer) not the friggin laws!

This is exactly why I stopped shooting my RAW's.. to many "old School shooters " with a whopping 5 years around guns / sarcasm.. seriously though I got tired of people trying to "school" me on the laws..

I've been asked if my MPA MAC10 is a machine gun at the indoor range. I also don't like bringing my barely over legal length shotguns due to nosy stupid people. I collect such guns like the FIE Brute and Kimel Kamper and NEF Mini Pardner.

I hope your in here. I went shooting with my work buds this past Sunday. I tested my AR 80 build, took my OPAP rang some steel. My two partners, one just recently built his first AR (and first firearm), and the other was messing with his AR47. Both my rifles are featureless. If you know what your looking at you could tell right away.

You were shooting an AR also and a bolt rifle. You had the nerve to look at me shooting next to you, and call over a RO and complain about my featureless rifle because i did not have a BB? You could have asked me a question about my AR and possibly learn something new.

Or, you could have minded your own F*****G business. Rant over.

Just a law abiding citizen doing his civic duty. No harm in making sure you are following your beloved CA state law.
