    Applying for FFL questions?

    Hey Guys been thinking about getting my FFL for a side business for a while and have a few questions. For those of you running a FFL business out of your home, did you establish a business before applying for you FFL? I have read conflicting info that you do and don't need the business LLC or Sole proprietorship when applying. Can anyone clarify for me please.

    I want to make sure I don't F up right out the gate.
