I've bought them for all of my polymer guns. I have them on my shield currently and love them. I go with the rubber texture though. It provides enough grip for me. I haven't had an issue with them coming off either.

I have the rubber ones on all my glocks and xd9 would not run my guns without them.

I have a rubber set on my M&P FS making it the most comfortable grip of any of my handguns.

I almost purchased them but on amazon the reviews claim they peel off in heat!!

I was curious if anyone has had any issues with this. I would love to put them on all my M&P 9, 45 & shield. but Obviously don't want to have peeling

I hate them. If I want to grind my hands in gravel I'll dump my bike. I prefer the rubber sleeve type.

And the last thing I want it that against my skin where the grip clears the handle.

Take it you haven't tried Talon's rubber grip texture version?

I'll try it. Everyone agrees rubber is the best?

They supply some alcohol wipes to clean the grip surface prior to installation but I would recommend that you get some denatured alocohol and a old toothbrush and clean the grip completely then make sure grip is dry. Then once you install them run them over a heat source ( I used the burners on my stove) heat the grip and grab it like you would if shooting and squeeze tight this really seems to make the grip tape sink in good and has held up well on my CCW guns.
