I am one of those hated capitalist....you know...the one that all the unprepared folks here on CalGuns calls a price gouger.

So I have been quietly stocking up on LPK's, BCG's, some lower end uppers, hard to find powders (Varget, H4350, etc.), etc.

Come Nov 8th I have a feeling I will be making a nice return come Jan on Gunbroker.

Oh....and I have been stacking a few things for myself as well. If you are now just thinking you should be buying gun items...well....kinda late to the party.

    .
Bring hay for my horse....wine for my men....and mud for my turtle!

What do you hear ???...... Nothing but the rain. Well grab your gun and bring in the cat.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

Everybody should have been stocking up for the last year or two. If you haven't, don't wait until the night of the election.

I keep hearing "I'm waiting for .223 to drop another penny per round, and then I'm going to back the truck up!"

      Don't wait.

There doesnt seem to be a logicical reason for panic buying. If Trump wins we get national CCW and a direction toward more gun rights.
If Hillary wins, expect more demonization of gun owners and NRA. I also think she will try for a forced compensation of certain rifles, shotguns and magazines.

Is the election over ? Not yet, there is still time to send a few bucks or voluteer to help out.

With less than three weeks to go for Election Day, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are tied in the latest Rasmussen Reports poll released Wednesday.
7% are for johnson, good luck convincing this type of gunowning jerk to vote Republican. Sorry cupcakes!

small pistol primers are getting harder to come by.

ARs are still available because there is a glut in the supply. but they are moving fast.

cheap 9mm go out of stock for a couple of weeks at a time. that tells you supply is just there with demand.

prices have been creeping up since San Bernardino. They havent gone down.

it will only take a small nudge to bring the relative calm into a cascading panic.

          ACT NOW.

And his predictions change with more poll information. When did he give Trump a 5% chance of the nomination? Probably summer of 2015. No doubt his predictions changed as the primaries went on. All he does is interpret the polls, better than anyone else.

He was spot on correct in 2008 and 2012 general, but was off in the midterms. He has changed his stance on trump though and acknowledged that he didn't take him serious. So I think he's being more cautious now.

It was September 2015 he gave him 5% chance.

                  I read the debate transcripts.

Is this what you've gathered after watching television, reading newspapers and magazines, listening to the radio?
Those things aren't welcome in my safe space.

Trump's October Surprise and third debate pro-life comments won't go over well in the swing states he needs to win the presidency.

No offense, but you are a gun owner, no? Haven't you learned by now that the media is lying to you and everyone around you? If you know this, why would you believe them when they tell you Hillary is going to win?

One should always be ready to go into panic buying mode.
                    it's only prudent.

California gun control legislation, continual panic buy is problably more likely. In other states such as NC not so much as compared to Jan 2013. Start buying but not panic buying.

As I mentioned in another thread, a couple gun stores here in Reno and Sparks tell me things have been just dead for them.

Ammo won't be affected by the CA laws until after end of next year unless 63 passes IIRC.

Now if Hillary ends up in the White House, and or Prop 63 passes . . .who knows.

                              Perhaps: slab bacon

I did. My local grocer with a badass meat counter went on total sale, everything 20% off.

I just bought a freezer and haven't been out in the field this year yet.

So, I bought 10 pounds of bacon. They acted surprised when I asked for that
