I may ask him to purchase the G30s I've been wanting and bring it to CA next month and have him leave it here until he gets transfered to Pendleton at a later time then we can do the PPT

That being said, CalGun marketplace listings for Off Roster are laffable
Look around the Internet...

I posted a reasonable Off Roster on Arms List and sold FTF in 3 days
Point is...they are out there

Just because your DL expires, doesnt make your residency vanish.
