I bet a lot of you don't know what that 22lr AR clone is called. (Not trying to be cocky it's just a rare gun) It's an armscor m1600. A really fun little 22lr and my first gun.

Question of the day. Aside from the ARs, which of the other rifles is the supposed third assault rifle? That Armscor 22, or the M1 Carbine (or whatever that is)(3) assault rifles, (4) other rifles,Last edited by rromeo; 07-27-2016, 7:12 PM.Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Soccer mom comments are great.
Anyways. Do not speak to DOJ. Do not consent to search. These APPS raids are warrantless in most cases.Stand up and be counted, or lay down and be mounted... -Mac

See Ziconceo's post
Unless the person they're after has a 4 way search clause, in which case you do not have a choice in the matter since it allows a warrantless search of their person, home, car, or possessions. #2 and #3 in Quiet's post are the investigation requirement allowing the search.Comment

I thought he was pointing out the top rifle, closest to the ammo. I'm curious about the 5th rifle down. Mag well looks too big for a .22lr, but not quite big enough for a .308. It seems to be lacking a place for a mag release as well, considering it appears to be some sort of AR variant.See Ziconceo's post

Yes, the 5th rifle down is an armscor m1600, which is .22lr. Look inside the mag well in the picture, and you'll see the actual mag well is only half the size.I thought he was pointing out the top rifle, closest to the ammo. Here's a picture of one from another angle. Not an AR of any sort, and definitely not in .308.

You'd still be wise a) Not to talk to them and b) not to consent. The fact that you may be under terms that allow them to conduct a warrantless search doesn't really change that. Furthermore, I'd put money down, the vast majority of these are not applied with those circumstances.

The problem is that if you have someone in your home who happens to be under a 4 way search clause, you can opt not to consent all you want but it's just going to result in your door getting kicked in. The whole problem with those search clauses is that a warrant and consent are not required. Obviously you should still keep your mouth shut, preferably make sure you have nothing to do with someone under one of those crappy search clauses and avoid it entirely. You'd still be wise a) Not to talk to them and b) not to consent. True enough. I'm pretty sure that even with people in your home under those terms the search is limited to areas "under their control" or at the least "areas accessible to them."The problem is that if you have someone in your home who happens to be under a 4 way search clause, you can opt not to consent all you want but it's just going to result in your door getting kicked in. So would also be wise to keep your stuff in a locked room in such a case.Stand up and be counted, or lay down and be mounted... -Mac
