    Don't hate me, but...

I'm moving near Bloomington, Indiana next March and just got confirmation from the local Sheriff that it's fine for me to shoot on my own property. I've got 6 acres with a natural slope at one end. There should be room for a 200yd private range. I can't wait. Currently I have to drive 1hr+ each way to shoot at my closest range (Angeles). I'll also be able to carry, and drop 30rd mags with the push of a button, the way Eugene intended.

Same to you, what's left of it here in CA. Maybe Wikileaks will save us today from the impending doom.

All that is fine and dandy. But why are you not drooling over the thought of a SBR'd suppressed AR...shooting off your porch?!

Congrats on the freedom OP. the only time I experience something close is maybe 5 times a year when I head to Carson City or Reno.

Is an SBR and NFA, or is it state by state?
