Just watching the CBS nightly news and there was an interview with Biden.
The conversation was on AP ammo used by the Dallas shooter, he said there will be an EO coming down regarding this ammo.
since the shooter used steel core ammo I imaging that is what they will try to ban.

So I guess they (the government) is going to EO ban the green tip ammo, as well as any other AP. Even though green tip is not a true AP I could see them trying to do this. Interesting, seems as though this was tried a while back. Maybe you ought to buy some if you don't already have enough on hand.

I think it will be very interesting to see what a lawless administration decides to enforce or not enforce. After all they just chose to let Hillery off from charges that only 1/10th of which would have anyone of us charged, convicted and jailed for the rest of our lives. Faith in the system.......not hardly. If Obama does this it may stand because they might not let it go to court, just another one of those laws his administration chooses to ignore....yes.

The sad thing is EOs can hold up even when blatently unconstitutional. EO 9066 caused the federal government to lock away U.S. Citizens in concentration camps.
