In California we're called "Wacko right-wing gun toting nut jobs with an arsenal" most other states just call us People.

And I thought it was going to be illegal to offer for sale in CA.

Did you just break some future law ?
Bweise says "I have to say the situation was not at all helped by 22 yr old former Airsoft douches who kept touting here, "But possession is not illegal!" "

If his mags hold more than 1- rounds, he just broke a law that has been in place since 2000 on a public forum monitored by the DOJ.

of course, i can disassemble some of them, throw away the "blocks" and assemble them into 30 round mags, but it is illegal, i wont do it

i believe all my mags are ok with the new law

At some point common sense has to override the far reaching effects of words written on paper. Definitions be damned. Let's just assume they went after, "Large Capacity", or "High Capacity", or "Hi-Cap", or "Super Capacity", or whatever name California's communist, law making wordsmith's want to tag them with. How are they going to retrieve them for disposal? By simply going door to door and asking for them? By having, "Magazine Retrieval Teams" kick down doors at 2:00 AM, and hold occupants at gun point while magazine sniffing dogs carry out the search, room to room? Or perhaps by telling people if they refuse compliance, and are caught, they'll be jailed for 1,000 years and fed Ex Lax until they turn into prunes? Which ever comes first. This whole deal actually becomes this silly and downright laughable.

There are literally millions of these things in the citizens of California's possession as we speak. And there are thousands more coming in every day as California residents attend out of state gun shows in Nevada and Arizona, buy them, and bring them home illegally. Many more are having relatives buy them in free states, and are having them shipped to them incognito. Who is going to be the wiser? And a still better question is WHO or HOW are they, going to stop them? Assuming we even know who "they" is? Right now "they" don't even exist. They're just some scary entity of law abiding citizens minds. "They" are currently residing right up there with Bigfoot.

There comes a time when people simply say, enough is enough. Gun owners were pushed past that point years ago. I moved from Illinois to Arizona 25 years ago, specifically to get away from the communist, gun grabbing Illinois government. Trust me when I tell you I'm not alone.

The fact is there are thousands of California citizens who have, will continue to have, and are still purchasing these magazines, and they have zero intention of giving them up. There are also communist law makers in that state who want nothing more than to take them away from them. They have as much of a practical chance of actually making that dream a reality, as a one legged man in a *** kicking contest. And that's not some sort of wishful prediction. Again, it's simply common sense. Look at the foolishness of New York's "Safe Act". Along with it's dismal compliance, and even more dismal non existent "prosecution" of said law, if you require actual proof of what I'm saying.
If common sense was so common, why don't liberals possess any?
