From the Hammerhead product page (http://www.exilemachine.net/shop/exi...apter-1.html):

California Department of Justice Bureau of Firearms attests that Hammerhead is not a pistol grip and therefore legal when used on a detachable magazine semiautomatic centerfire rifle with none of the features listed in CA PC 30515(a)(1)(A-F).

(Sworn testimony of Frank Navarro, CA DOJ Bureau of Firearms Special Agent, in the case of People vs. Haack and Haack, California County of Tulare Superior Court, 3 November 2010.)

Next year, after Hillary installs two new anti-gun supreme court justices. The the CA legislature will be able to do what ever it wants including banning all semi-auto rifles.

Correct. And by registering they will just come kick down your door after the ban... And now they will know exactly how much ammo you have in all those sweet ten round magazines
