Yep, heard it on NPR. The next few years are going to be interesting. I just hope they won't do too much irreparable damage in those next few years, say, by having the US sign all the possible UN crap.

jday i have a question from you since my original point went over your head. should every state be in possession of nuclear biological and chemical weapons? would that seem like a recipe for disaster for you? conventional arms for conventional defense programs are something totally different which is what my point was. Iran is a very unstable place and they may be just crazy enough to use whatever nuclear weapons they have their hearts so set on to acquire. we should try to prevent mitigate openly hostile regimes from acquiring NBC weapons but getting involved in small arms and conventional weapons is not our business
