The instructor, identified as Martin Murphy, 57, was not teaching at the time. He was taken by Orange County Fire Authority to Mission Hospital about 7:43 a.m., Lt. Mark Stichter said.

Staff at On Target hung up the phone when asked for information about the shooting. Murphy could not be found for a comment.

Regardless, On Target is good people. They are probably following their attorneys advice and not commenting.

A few years ago some clown took his ear protection off while in the booth (on purpose) and actually Sued On Target for his hearing loss.

It cost Gregg the owner lots of money and time to defend that action.
