Just finished two relevant books to this topic:

Months before publication, One Second After has already been cited on the floor of Congress as a book all Americans should read, a book already being discussed in the corridors of the Pentagon as a truly realistic look at a weapon and its awesome power to destroy the entire United States, literally within one second. It is a weapon that the Wall Street Journal warns could shatter America. In the tradition of On the Beach, Fail Safe and Testament, this book, set in a typical American town, is a dire warning of what might be our future...and our end.

We are entering a time of increasing uncertainty. Look at this link.

With the potential of major terrorist attacks, civil unrest, earthquakes and other major upsets to society, there may be a time soon when those that preserved their weapons will be glad they did. At that time all the laws of the state of California will mean nothing.

Just look at the unrest and violence this election cycle. Imagine the same level of lawlessness across the country all at once with the police unwilling to stop it.
i see more fights in front of one bar heavy street on friday night than the 8-9 loops of punches thrown at this election cycle. Keep in mind Trump voters are throwing haymakers, too. I think the first two shameful clips of violence at a political rally were thrown by Trump people. The outside punches, mostly anti-trump people.

Don't let the media scare the sh*t out of you.

just like back in the revolutionary war, the founding fathers, and patriots of America was most likely considered terrorists trying to impose their own religious/political ideology and trying to take the "new world" from the crown.
That is not even apples and oranges, it's more like apples and pencils, a terrible comparison. The colonies had separate religions and weren't trying to do anything but be left alone. They had escaped from tyrants and wanted something new, not more of what they risked their very lives to escape from. It was very clear that the founding fathers did not want a state sponsored religion. The crap that kids are being taught in school today scares me.

Once you set the post in a strategic spot you put the bag of concrete around the base to hold it firm.

It's not intended to stop a vehicle but it does need to be solid so people leaning or pushing on it, it doesn't move. Put it at the end of your driveway protecting the corner of the garage. Place some newspaper in the top and throw a handful of concrete on top so it looks full.

Later with a gentle truck tap or rope-a-dope pull it, leans over, drag it out of ground and slide the rifle and goodies out the bottom.

Also, a couple on each side of the drive with an eyelet for chain or cable to stop someone from parking in your drive....um huh many rifles, many boolits for zombies

                            Don't forget the cookies !

I have one registered AR lower. It will be sold to eliminate the paper trail.

I was thinking of registering one lower to run all my uppers on. I have taken one lower and two uppers to the range before.

I know there's already a paper trail, but I'm reluctant to increase it by registering a lower. Guess I'll just wait to see what happens with all the bills and Newsom's initiative.
