great..I inadvertently started another internet fight.

Look, there are things about James Yeager that I don't agree with, but I don't think he is a scum or anything like that. Some of you are getting to the point where it is becoming a personal loyalty contest in my opinion. Please be courteous. And I'd go with Neowierd's assessment.

      Necropost.

      Let's look at the facts.

Yeager never served in the military.

Yeager has been fired from every police department he ever worked for. (He also has a rep for suing almost all of his former employers.)

Yeager went over for ONE contract where he left the ebrake on, preventing his team from "driving off the x" like he loves to espouse. He then ran like a girl and did not return to the scene until it was all said and done. "Get off the x"? Yeah, I get it, then return and assist your buddies.

Yeager is a fat assed (fact) blowhard (also a fact). His credibility among warriors is less then squat.

As far as his "cowboy" "cutting edge" training, he used to have videos of newbies shooting at targets with instructors right next to the targets.

      Oxygen Thief.

you've given away the secret about how serious trainers feel about him

What Yeager is very good at is bouncing back and surviving his faux pas...eventually folks who haven't heard about it ignore it.

He is excellent at marketing his product and has built a following based on a cult of personality

BTW: my research has shown me that badmuther is correct in the statement of his facts pertaining to Yeager

Exactly. His clientele is mostly airsofters and those with limted/no tactical/police/mil experience. (No offense to any that fall into those categories, but there are FAR better places to get training.)

I just read a review of one of his classes. Seems he substitutes teaching with mud to "simulate" realism. Also seemed like a good way to prematurely wear out a gun in 3 days. (How fast can we waste ammo out of our guns for 3 days straight???)

Anyway, he is best ignored, except for the occasional bit of humor. When he used to post at lightfighter, he was classy enough to post half-nude pics of his wife for the world to see.

I have to disagree with many of you about elite team fighters expertise. You all are just not elite enough to understand the concept!
