the likelyhood would be in the millions to one against in a firearm unmodified

weird vibrations can happen from heavy machinery, helicopters, big trucks
but that would require a hair trigger and if one knowingly leaves a hair trigger gun with a round in the chamber the blame would be on them not the firearm

No....The springs would be the first to rust away... That would mean the hammer or striker would not have enough power with broken springs to move the hammer or striker...
