It always amazes me when people complain about getting hit by brass at the range. F'n millennials. You wont get hit by brass at Bernie Sanders range.

People had their targets all over the place so I nudged one over to make some tiny space. Unpack and setup and I start getting brass from the guy to the left of me. Guy is shooting fast too so casing goes by my face, hits my shoulder then hits my gun. I'm just like are you even serious right now lol... a few more fly into my stall and I just wait a bit then start firing .

After everyone cleared out on my row it was peaceful and sure enough I had to go cause I was pressed for time myself...

Anyone else wish they had a private range or lived somewhere in a free state when you can walk out in your backyard and shoot in peace? Haha
Ah yes because the rate of fire is what dictates how the brass goes by your face, hits your shoulder, bounces, and then hits your gun.

Never shot at an indoor range and I have zero plans to do so.

Last time I went (outdoor) the person to my left was launching their brass up over the barrier. They hit my ballcap and rolled straight on my table. The way I looked at it was it free brass lol.

And yes, while I have no issue getting hit by brass I do claim brass that hits me and rolls on to my table.
Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

I go off hours. I went to Iron Sites in Oceanside Wednesday and had the entire rifle range to myself.

Wait until 1/2019 no lead outdoors in Ca. What about BLM closing permanent, wouldn't surprise me. Funny a lot of you guys complain now, just wait.

Imagine how crowded the ranges will be approaching 2019!

In before I'll be upset too, won't happen.

Added; almost forgot...How about those RANGE prices in another year or so, lol.

Haven't shot at a "range" in 8+ years. Will never go again. Ive got at least 3 awesome spots within 1 hour to shoot in the lovely outdoors all to myself.

Belong to both an indoor and outdoor range.
I can go to the indoor one and shoot on a break it's 10 minutes from my office.
I go to the outdoor one when I have more time and good weather.

Normally can't stand plinking ranges, as that's all you can door in most indoor ranges. All most all of my shooting is out doors, the only time I shoot indoors is when I visit one of my out of town buddies. He likes to shoot and it's all he has near him. I usually just take a couple .22 handguns to plink with.
There are times when we looked at who was in there and turn around and walk out, lots of rookies and non-gun people. Not worth it when your thinking about what they are doing beside and behind you more then your shooting. Especially when you got some rookie beside you crying because he's getting hit by brass.
Im a warmonger baby, I got blood in my eyes and I'm looking at you.

I'm in my 40s and yeah I don't find it enjoyable getting hit my some other fools brass multiple times in a row.

It wasn't one casing it was at least 5 that went flying into me.

LOL if you had enough property to shoot on it, you wouldn't worry about it.

Indoor range? GFOS, Targetmasters are closest to me. No to both. Homey don't play that.
