Hmmmm.....perhaps after multiple denials for CCW by a law abiding citizen, he wore an empty holster to help set up a civil suit by his surviving family should he fall victim to a crime? It makes me wonder if it would make it easier for surviving family to sue the ever lovin' snot outta issuing authorities if I die while wearing an empty holster?

This is Alabama. I got my CCW after emailing in my application and waiting 4 days. It's not exactly hard. He can't carry on campus, probably left the gun in the truck and didn't bother to pull off the holster

Campus COPs are about as worthless as they come when it comes to LEOs. That's where they go apply when they can't make the cut a real LEA. And when you pull stunts like that, its obvious why you couldn't get hired anywhere else.
