I did watch the video. Read my post: I said "similar" to this wrench, not exactly like it.

I have taken several frozen Benelli recoil spring tubes apart. I made my own wrench.

If you watch video "closely" you will see a small drain hole at the end of the recoil spring tube. Use the wrench to grab that hole similar to the way you would on a castle nut. That hole is designed for a special Benelli factory wrench. Unfortunately, Benelli does not make that wrench available to the public. As with most gunsmiths, especially those that work on shotguns, they make their own tools for special applications such as this. The wrench is similar to the castle nut wrench picture above for the AR, BUT IT IS OBVIOUSLY NOT the same. Its the "concept" that is similar. Others have suggested using heat to melt the locktite, putting the tub in a vise, or drilling a hole all the way through the tube and using bar stock to form a "T". Many simply destroy the tube and replace it with a Wolf Stainless Steel version. I have had best success with a homemade wrench that hooks into the hole on the tube.

Here is a picture of the hole on the Benelli recoil tube. You can see a similar hole in the video.

Here is another example of the wrench concept...
