All you suits, white and pink collar workers need to insist at these palliative training sessions that you have nothing to defend yourself from an active shooter. Swinging a fire extinguisher will not stop a .223 bullet. Maybe a shooting course with live fire would be better.

There is much more to active shooting training than you are giving credit for.
By taking the, I have nothing stance, you are making yourself the victim. Which means, you will die.
There is always something you can do. Even if you are on your knees with 20 other people about to be executed.
