Need Help - Who handles OLL transfer in Sacramento?

Please let me know what dealers handle transfers of OLL in the Sacramento area. I know of one, but his hours are limited and I'm hoping there are some other alternatives. Thank You

River City Guns does them without having to make appointments to a garage FFL.
