If you read my post it does not say that I would shoot the person or even draw a weapon for that matter. I think it was just assumed that I meant with a firearm. Hand to hand combatives can be lethal. And I think you might have a better chance at avoiding a stiff sentence if you literally "killed someone with your bare hands" after they sexually assaulted your wife.
