The roster will not go away. The California government and the majority of its voters don't want firearms in this state. Gun manufactures have decided that doing business in California not necessary to stay in business and still report acceptable earning to its shareholder. Accept it.

Agreed, however if I would not be able to start a DROS on one of those firearms today.

But you could have, they're all listed on the current roster. If anyone really wants any of the "expiring" handguns Monday may be your last chance. It only needs to be on roster at the time you begin your DROS, afterwards it can drop off and it wont affect your current transfer request.
