LCP magazine problems

When I put a mag into my LCP (Gen2) I give it a good tap on the bottom. It does seem to take a little force to seat it. It's a good little gun for pocket carry, but I have not been impressed with the quality of the overall gun. I carry my P238 in it's place now.

Same here. It almost feels like I'm going to damage something if it force it too hard, so I usually push the mag release when seating a new mag.

If you cannot get the problem remedied, I would give Ruger a call. My experience is that their customer service is very good.
