I buy the best. A lot of times that can be an American product. America doesn't need protectionism to compete, we are still a leading manufacturing country. The companies that are well run and produce great products are doing fine and there are lots of them. Accepting inferior products based on country of origin does nothing to help America or Americans. We can compete and dominate, we just can't do it in every product category, nobody can.
