I sent him at least 5 pm's about when he'll ship or even a tracking number.
I got this in a pm on 12/14
"I didn't have mag pull Moe handguardso so I had to upgrade u to a Diamondhead drop in handguard I included 2 rail sections for it as well"

That's all he said. No reference to whether it shipped or will even ship.
I understand that things happen and delays occur, but a simple message would be sufficient.

I tried contacting the forum moderators about this, however they seem not to care. So I'm at a loss.

I've dealt with him. Had a good experience. However, you're the 3rd person in the last month, that has written a beware thread. He was a solid seller, but he's slipped up lately. Couple negative iTraders as of late. Hope you get your goods.

Yes 2 weeks after I sent payment. The question I asked was if the item shipped yet. The response I received is what I posted. No mention of it being shipped, a tracking # or when he will ship.

You really need to slow your roll OP. If you ask everyone who's ever dealt with Marcus, they'll tell you the same thing. He does NOT sit there and respond to each and every PM you send him. But he WILL send you what you paid for. You just need to be patient with the man, especially this time of year when the post office, FedEx, UPS, etc are all super busy. I had two previous dealings with Marcus and paid way below street price for both of the items he sold. It's a small price to wait a little longer for response for the items IMHO.

Payment was sent 12/1 which is 19 days and counting. What trumps what? I know if pay for a service or item, I expect it prompt as the payment was prompt unless otherwise agreed upon. OP, were you aware that there could possibly be a delay in the delivery process on the sellers part (excluding usps, ups, fed ex, ect.)?

Ive bought a few things from him. He can be slow shipping but always delivers. He has excellent deals.
