    WILL NOT COMPLY!!!
"When the system breaks down, you get to vote from the rooftops. Its one of the last best traditions of western enlightenment"

"This was an IQ test/science experiment of Josef Mengele proportions, and the public willingly lapped it up. And many failed". (me, on Wuhan flu, 2022)

    Question EVERYTHING.

"Sure buddy. Whatever you say. Whatever you gotta tell yourself to sleep at night"

If they believe they can ban large capacity magazines that were legally purchased without compensation, they will believe they can ban rifles that were legally purchased without compensation. They clearly believe the former, so I predict there will be no re-opening of the registry, and no grandfather provision.

My bet is they will allow some time to sell them out of state or turn them in.

What? I'm gonna assume this isn't a joke and you're just ignorant.

You don't need to release a takedown pin and unfold the upper/lower to load a mag in an AR15 here, with a bullet button. And the mags are not restricted to 5 rounds.

It needs to be called what it is, a Magazine Locking Device.

I believe it's because they seriously still believe that the bullet button makes the rifle go full auto...

I don't think so he will veto it again if introduce.

Doesn't Article 1 of the United States Constitution prohibit ex post facto laws, by both the fed and the States?

LOL. You think they care? It's happened before and it'll happen again.

It always makes me smile when I hear Yee say "In order to protect the public".

Mr. Yee, forced sodomy in prison is already illegal. Please report back with how well that worked out for you.

Squeal Mr Yee, Squeal like a pig for us.

An ex post facto law, which is indeed unconstitutional, seeks to criminalize behavior, actions, or conditions, that existed in the past (and under different laws). Under a true ex post facto law, something that you did in the past that was legal would be retroactively termed illegal and you could be punished for it. This is unconstitutional. Firearms bans don't meet the criteria of ex post facto because they are not retroactive. They simply define a new class of banned weapons and give you a time period with which to get rid of them. You can't get in trouble for having previously owned these weapons, but you will be charged with a crime for continuing to own them past the date of the law. The crime you would be charged with would be possession, which is an ongoing crime, not with the original purchase, which would be protected by the ex post facto clause.

Hey guys, this feller here is talking about the "break top, fixed magazines" that bushmaster put out within compliance. It has a fixed (in the lower) 10 round mag you have to load by opening the rifle with the from takedown pin. I have a lower like this at the bottom of my bag lol.

Bushmaster Firearms International based in Carson City, Nevada, United States, is an American manufacturer and distributor of firearms. The company's product line revolves around semi-automatic pistol and rifle variants of the M4 / AR-15 design. Now made with 100% US materials and parts.
