Plate carriers

Can anyone recommend me a good plate carrier with some level 4 armor? Lots of choices out there and curious to see what Calgunners are using and what their setups look like. Post pics if you can.

I am personally not sold on AR500 armor. I'd recommend ceramic. Also why LVL 4? I'd rather have LVL 3 personally. The PC's I've been keeping an eye on are the Shellback Banshee, Warrior DCS, and the Mayflower APC. I just ordered the Shellback. My only experience is with the IOTV, I think I am the only person left I think who actually likes it, it is just large.

The 10"x12" ceramic in the shooters cut. They fit perfectly.
