    Keep in mind, if we win: We pay through fees (through memberships, donations, etc.) and pay through tax revenu when the court sides in our favor and the municipalities settle. If we loose we still have payed through memberships, donations, plus we lose our rights. Its an endless losing draining system. Meanwhile, costing the liberals NOTHING (except the tax dollars if they loose).

    If the system here is that lawyers ignore the Constitution, court precedent, on a level that allows politicians to (on a monthly basis) draft up un-constituational laws, then the system here is broken, and until we are forced to band up and literally fight for our rights, this erosion on our rights will never end.

    I have better ways to spend my money, time. This state is lost.

              There's a limit on how much powder you can store? lol, I hope I'm in violation and if not, I've got a good excuse to buy some more powder now.

              I don't need much of an excuse to visit Nevada or Arizona anymore and would prefer whatever sales tax I have to pay not go to this Communist **** hole of social experiment most people call California, so good for our dear leaders. I can grab some more fireworks while I'm there too, so bonus!

                      If you read the proposal, Newsome is trying to make ammo runs to Reno or Las Vegas illegal.

                        Yep, from FPC e-mail last night:

                        • Instituting a total, confiscatory

                        • Adding severe and expensive new restrictions on ammunition purchases, including a mandatory DOJ ammunition purchase permit for anyone who wants to buy ammunition, a ban on private ammunition sales, and a gun owner database of ammunition purchasers;

                        • A ban on the private purchase and importation of ammunition from out-of-state retailers;

                        • Requiring all ammunition sellers to acquire a special DOJ ammunition sales permit and to have every employee that handles or sells ammunition to have a DOJ-issued Certificate of Eligibility;

                        • A $25 Million theft of fees paid by gun owners to fund the new DOJ ammunition program;

                        • And other gun control regulations that have already failed passage in the Legislature or were vetoed by Governor Jerry Brown.

                          Yes it would make going out of state and buying ammo illegal to bring back to CA. But are you going to follow that? I sure won't. I go to Nevada about once a month and I'll bring back ammo if I want to. No politician is going to tell me I can't. F them.

                            California is going to have a hard time regulating interstate commerce.

                              That ballot initiative is so ridiculous it should be easy to drum up opposition.

                              Confiscate hi-caps from cops? Newsome is pro-crime!

                              DOJ permit for everyone that handles ammo? Retailers like Walmart should go ape-****. At any given time they might have a dozen employees per store that might need the permit because they drive a truck, unload a truck, move merchandise from the back onto the floor, etc.
