While it it painfully obvious that you are attempting to squirm your way out of what you said was legal, (even though it obviously is not according to the penal code section that has been both posted and linked), by now saying in a locked case in the glove compartment. So let's see if I have this right, you do not have to prove anything you say to be factual with laws of figures to back it up. Now if someone choose's not to answer the same question that you have previously asked, that ends the discussion, and you declare your point valid, despite what the law says.
