And 7.62X39 Saiga for $599? I was like WTF? I asked the guy if he is serious, and he said "Yes".
Now I'm so mad at myself for not buying it three month ago for $385.

So those uppers where $1200? I kinda glanced but I assumed it was the complete rifle. I thought I was trippin.
Yeah, demand....you'll be kicking yourself for not buying it at $599 when they go to $899 LOL

I try not to get too excited. If you want it bad enough you'll pay the price.

Heck, who goes to gun shows to buy guns?

I've been posting in defense of the San Jose gun show for years. I like going for the variety of stuff, the interesting people, and the support of the gun community.

I park up on 10th, walk a few blocks, and save the money. I've also quit using the $1 off coupons, figuring the Nordykes need that extra dollar a lot more than I do.

This week, I got some mixed ammo, grips, a mag (the reading kind), some Civil War artifacts, a S&W box, and cleaning accessories. None of it was stuff I needed, but I had a great time, talked to some interesting people, saw a few friends, and checked out some good stuff.

If you don't go, remember to blame yourself when there's only one gun show left in the Bay Area.
