            You could just buy the nickle plated pearl grips Springfield Armory 38 Super on the marketplace for $5000 I occasionally come across El guns but never at a price I'm willing to pay. Stupidly I passed on El Toros for around $1000-1200 like 10 years ago or so.

            Dia de los muertos versions go very high at auction. I've seen a version with like a gold eagle covering the whole side of slide in a Mexican motif I don't think it is an El series but I don't know the name of it.
