Quick FYI on I.E. BLM land!

BLM areas in the I.E. are shut down for the year, fire risk, etc. etc.

Tickets will be given! Just a quick FYI!

I think you're right. Lots of activity at judge this week so I'm guessing it's still fine. But do as I do and pull one gun out at a time plus the shotgun. Just in case blm gets a little too nosey.

It's not blm but legal to shoot. So it's fine. I went this weekend. Anybody want to set up a date? Lol

I was at the BLM land in Riverside county Saturday morning, I was politely asked to leave by the BLM and warned LEO would be out soon to enforce. I am just trying to help my fellow CalGunners, no, I wont provide more info. I am not trying to disclose an already over populated and under-maintained area. If you are in Riverside county anywhere near the I.E. you already know the location...do your self a favor and avoid the ticket.

For the guys that left before me in the late model extra-cab Chevy, you are the reason we loose all or our spots in CA. you slobs! (end rant)

I thought Hodge road was BLM land. If its not BLM land, then who owns it?

I don't know about Hodge because I don't go there but there are tons of private lands surrounded by BLM land. In SB county your much better off shooting on private land because BLM can't enforce.

The Riverside Sheriff might have the same feelings for BLM LE that SBCS does, could be why DDH .45 was asked to leave rather then ticketed.

I just can't see Hodge rd. being in Riverside county

Not a surprise and about time given the current conditions in Southern California. The risk of fire and the loss of property, life and expense to fight totally justifies this action IMHO. I hope that other high fire risk users are treated the same as shooters....

Hodge Road west of the freeway is mot BLM. It's private property mostly owned by big mining companies IIRC.

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.

if they are too worried about fire dangers, then maybe the government should stop geoengineering the weather.....
