Yeah, but those security cameras were probably installed by a non-government contractor and sold to the owner at a competitive price.
What needs to happen is for a government contractor with a workforce of no less than 20 employees (four of them women and four of them minorities because that's fair) to spend 100 man hours with no less than 60 of those being paid overtime, tearing out the existing cameras and replacing them with "approved" equipment that costs ten times more than it does on the private market.
Then, MAYBE, it will be safe enough for the puppies, kittens, and children.
