I personally would jump ship and start fresh. Then later after you establish a new semi reputable name then claim to be "affiliated" with the old ares but only claim on the stuff they have any success/quality with. To drag the followers to the new business and dumb (most of) the old reputation.


Business 101, new is always better than refurbished/rescued.
